This Business-Gifts-Supplier.co.uk Web site is owned and operated by Uppermost Business Gifts Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Uppermost"), a company registered in Scotland (company number: SC197982). Uppermost will accept orders from this web site on the understanding that the submission of said order is made on the basis of familiarity with, and acceptance of, these Terms of Service on the part of the customer.

Pricing & Product Information

While Uppermost makes every effort to ensure that price and product description details offered on this web site are accurate, errors and omissions may occur. To the fullest extent permitted in law, Uppermost provides this web site and its contents on an 'as is' basis and does not represent or warrant that the information made available via this web site is accurate, complete or current. In particular, price and product availability information is subject to change without notice.

The Contract

The submission of an order via this web site constitutes an offer to purchase on the part of the submitter ('customer'). No contract shall subsist between the customer and Uppermost until Uppermost confirms an order via email communication to the customer. The prices applicable to this contact shall be the prices quoted in the email confirmation by Uppermost. Prices provided in a written quotation from Uppermost as a result of an inquiry to this Web site shall be valid for 30 days from the dispatch date of the written quotation.

Payment

Payment for goods and services provided by Uppermost shall be made in advance of dispatch of the finished products. Payment may be made by credit card - Visa or Mastercard - via telephone to our sales department or online via our secure payment facility from Sage Pay. Please note also that your online credit/debit card details are never revealed to Uppermost. Your purchases are made via Sage Pay, formerly Protx, and still a world leader in secure online payments. No goods will be shipped unless payment has been received in full. All goods shall remain the property of Uppermost until payment has been received in full.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery of products will be handled by the national carrier Swift and Uppermost makes no guarantee regarding arrival dates via standard delivery. Please see our Shipping Prices for current UK delivery fees. Shipping to north America, EU and Commonwealth countries is available on a custom quote basis - please Contact Us with your proposed order details, including destination address, for a custom shipping quote. The customer shall be responsible for inspecting their goods on delivery and must inform Uppermost of any defect or shortage in the order within seven days of receipt.

Email Communications

We keep customers informed of the status and progress of their order via email notifications. Typically these are: order confirmation, order in progress, and order completed notifications. We also use email to inform customers if an order cannot be fulfilled, and for delivery issues and failures. We use a third-party reviews service, Trustpilot, to request and handle customer reviews. Use of this site to place an order implies consent for all these types of service email communications.

Returns Policy

Uppermost operates a 'No Quibble' returns policy. We will refund or exchange any product bought via this Web site if it is returned - in a resaleable condition - within 28 days of purchase. The purchaser must bear the carriage costs of returning unwanted or unsuitable products. Cases in which items have arrived in a damaged or imperfect condition will be dealt with on a individual basis.
